Booking Cancellation Policy

NONE REFUNDABLE: The holidaymaker will not get a refund if they cancel their booking at any time after it is accepted.

STRICT: Holidaymakers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they've paid. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund.

MODERATE: Holidaymakers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they've paid. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund

RELAXED: Holidaymakers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they've paid. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund

 

Cancellations not included in the conditions of the previous clause: If you cancel your holiday:You are allowed to cancel your holiday at any time, but the cancellation must come in writing (email) and from the main name on the booking. Cancellation will be effective from the date your written cancellation is received.

If we cancel your holiday:In the event that the property becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. We will endeavour to offer you alternative accommodation of a similar or higher standard. In the event that you decide not to accept our alternative offer, you will be asked to confirm this in writing and the booking fee will be refunded to you in full.
