Booking Cancellation Policy

COVID19 SPECIAL: 100% refund if you cancel at anytime for all bookings made to stay during 2020. Only for bookings made from 21st June 2020.

Cancellations not included in the conditions of the previous clause: All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your holiday:You are allowed to cancel your holiday at any time, but the cancellation must come in writing (email) and from the main name on the booking. Cancellation will be effective from the date your written cancellation is received.

Please read our cancellation policy below, in the event that your holidays were paid in full at time of booking. Up to 90 days prior arrival date: 50% refunded. From 89 to 60 days prior arrival date: 30% refunded. Less than 59 days prior arrival date: No refund will be made.

If we cancel your holiday:In the event that the property becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. We will endeavour to offer you alternative accommodation of a similar or higher standard. In the event that you decide not to accept our alternative offer, you will be asked to confirm this in writing and the booking fee will be refunded to you in full.
